描述

This cell line originates from lymph node metastases of epithelial cell carcinoma of the lung mucosa. This cell line is isolated with chemical synthesis medium and converted to serum-containing culture. This cell retains the properties of mucosal epithelial cells on substructures when cultured and exhibits multiple markers of squamous differentiation. The STR identification in this library is correct.
