HepG2.2.15 is a good in vitro research tool for the development of new anti-HBV drugs. The cell line is made by transfecting the recipient cell HepG2 with 2 recombinant plasmids of HBV-DNA whole genes connected to each other, which can reproduce asexually in vitro, can secrete HBsAg, HBeAg and intact Dane granules in the culture supernatant for a long time, and can also produce a large number of replication intermediates, which is a good model for in vitro screening of anti-HBV drugs. The STR identification in this library is correct.
