| 描述 | NIH-OVCAR-3 cells were formed by T.C. Hamilton in 1982. It is derived from malignant ascites in patients with progressive ovarian adenocarcinoma. Combined with 107 cells subcutaneously inoculated 5 nude mice all became tumors after 21 days. NIH-OVCAR-3 is a suitable model system for studying drug resistance to ovarian cancer and may be useful for the evaluation of hormone therapy due to the presence of hormone receptors. This cell needs to be booked at least two weeks in advance. Mycoplasma tests in this library. The STR identification in this library is correct. |
