培养

Fractions 3–5 were cultured on collagen-coated plates (rat tail collagen type 1, 0.15 mg/ml) in alpha modified essential medium (α-MEM) supplemented with 5% FBS and 5% CS. After several passages using these culture conditions, osteocyte-like cells with the dendritic phenotype were enriched.
