| 描述 | The 293T/17 cell line is a derivative of the 293T (293tsA1609neo) cell line. 293T is a highly transposed derivative of a temperature-sensitive gene inserted into SV40 T-antigen by 293 cell lines. 293T cells were cloned, pBND and pZAP vectors were detected to obtain a derivative strain that could generate high titer infectious retroviruses, 293T/17. Cells continue to express the ape virus 40 (SV40) large T antigen and are screened to clone 17 due to their high transfection capacity. 293T/17 cells were transfected with pCRIPenv- and pCRIPgag-2 vectors to obtain the ANJOU 65 (see ATCC CRL-11269) cell line. ANJOU 65 cells were then transfected with pCRIPgag-2 and pGPT2E vectors to obtain home-friendly shell expression cell line BOSC 23 (see ATCC CRL-11270). ANJOU65 cells were transfected with a pCRIPAMgag vector carrying the gpt resistance gene to obtain a bidirectional expression-wrapped cell line of Bing (see ATCC CRL-11554). The STR identification in this library is correct. |
