| 描述 | Glioblastoma cell lines U-118 MG (HTB-15) and U-138 MG (HTB-16) from different individuals have been reported to have consistent VNTR and similar STR patterns. U-118 MG and U-138 MG are genetically similar and have at least six derived marker chromosomes. This is the period between 1966 and 1969. Ponten and colleagues constructed one of the cell lines constructed from malignant gliomas (others include ATCC HTB-14 and ATCC HTB-16 and ATCC HTB-17). Mycoplasma contamination was removed in 1987 in culture with BM-Cycline for 6 weeks. Mycoplasma tests in this library. The STR identification in this library is correct. |
