Established from the local metastatic cutaneous nodule of an undifferentiated carcinoma of a 62-year-old woman which developped seven years after radical mastectomy of a poorly differentiated ductal carcinoma of the breast; cells were described in the literature to grow readily in athymic nude mice and to produce tumors from which cells could be introduced into culture in vitro.The STR identification in this library is correct.
